Tarima — Privacy Policy / Aviso de Privacidad

Tarima is a private coordination app for ballet folklórico studios and the families in them. This policy explains what the app stores, why it is needed, who can see it, and how it can be deleted. The Spanish version below says the same things as the English version.

What we collect

From the adult using the app

• Name, as entered during signup
• Email address, used to sign in and secure the account
• Studio membership and role, such as parent, instructor, administrator, or owner
• Messages written to the studio, announcements written by staff, reports, and read status
• A device token when push notifications are enabled

About dancers and studio activity

• Dancer first and last name, household connection, and grupo assignments
• Event information, including venue address, parking notes, call time, schedule, and what to bring
• RSVPs, attendance, and performance-readiness status
• Assigned regional traje, costume size or measurements, individual pieces, packing status, fitting or repair notes, and return date

Dancers do not have accounts and do not sign in. Adults enter and manage dancer information. Tarima does not show children advertising or track them.

What we do not collect

• No advertising identifiers, ad networks, or third-party analytics
• No location tracking
• No contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access
